I'm approved and have a date

CIGNA  wants to delay things and hope that you will go away.  I did not and now I have a surgery date. I can't thank Paul enough for all his support and advise!  He is a jewel in this OH community. Cigna sayed that I had lost or missing data, I ended up doing a peer to peer review and the denial was overturned within hours. I had my surgey date within 2 days. 7/10/07
