Shouldn't my insurance company be able to provide me with my coverage details in writing?  I called UHC and they stated that they have a lot of insurance plans and my company should provide me with it.

If HR doesn't have a copy, or you don't have an HR and your boss doesn't have one, then the ONLY way to get it is from THEM.  Are they serious about this??  I would say same as my last post.  Give them a day then file a complaint with the insurance department.
