Medicaid in VA and plastic surgery

HI there Does anyone here have Virginia Medicaid that has been approved for a tummy tuck?  I have Virginia Medicaid and am awaiting my initial consultation with a plastic surgeon on May 9th.  I have a hanging lower abdomen which has caused me a great deal of recurring boils and rashes and also I have degenerative disc disease in my cervical, thorasic, lumbar and sacral spine and the excess skin hanging is causing a great deal of lower back pain for me.  I have at least 2 documentations from my primary care doctor and also a documentation from my psychiatrist saying that I have some mental disorder that is secondary to my physical condition (loose hanging skin that is causing me physical problems).  I also have taken pictures over the past couple of months of the boils and rashes.  Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. hi judy.. i had a couple of questions if you dont mind..im going to apply for medicaid because  i lost my job yesterday.. does medicaid pay for the surgery? and what are the stipulations? thanks linda
