Medical Records Please Help

Hello All, I have Cigna Insurance and they require 5 years of medical records, well, I just started going to the Dr. this year, for the past couple of years I've been too afraid to go near a doctor's office.  My information to submit to cigna is missing 2005 & 2006, what am I supposed to do.  My surgeon's office is saying Cigna is really strict and would require 5 years, I just don't have five years but everything else.   I'm really stuck here and I really need this surgery.  Please give any and all advice.  Thanks, Vi

Did you at any point during those two years goto the ER or any kind of healthcare provider where you where weighed or evn if they just recorded your weight? If so then get the records from that apt i think if you can just prove some how that you struggled with your wweight for those years and they can see what your weight was that might work. Good Luck!
