Anyone approved for DS surgery with Medicaid?
I'm helping my aunt gather more information for the DS surgery and she is covered by Medicaid and I would like to know if anyone out there has gotten approved for surgery with this insurance. If you did, what steps did you have to take and did you have a choice of surgeons? Were you allowed to go out of state for the surgery?
