NEED ADVISE/HELP!

Ok, need any help or advise I can get.  I had a revision from a VBG to a RNY 11/04.  I got down to 158 and now currently weigh 215.  My dr is thinking about doing a BPD.  My concern is that my insurance will take one look and deny me.  The only problems I am currnently having is shortness of breath, severe low back, hip and knee pain, hypoglycemia and depression from the weight gain.  I have BCBS of Iowa and Medicaid.  I feel BCBS will deny and that Medicaid would pay and they said it is possible that they will cover even if BCBS denies it.  What can I do to get this to go through??   Any help is greatly appreiciated Kourtney
