Has anyone delt with MCMC IIc or IMEDECS?

Hey all, CIGNA has given me a choice of two external review agencies to choose from - MCMC IIc or IMEDECS (formerly Hayes Plus.)  Does anyone on here have any experience with either of these two?  I want to choose a "DS friendly" company. Thanks for any and all help! Lyndia
