I'm about to lose my mind!

Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas has denied me again. After I sent in more documentation showing medications I am taking for cholesterol, high blood pressure and sleep apnea, they tell me I'm out of appeals! I'm exhausted. I don't know what else to do. I can't afford the services of Gary, so that's out. I'm just so tired.... I wish everyone else success on their journey's. Nancy

Nancy, I am sorry to see you so discouraged.  I don't really have any advice-I just wanted to let you know that we care about you-and don't give up!  That is what the insurance companies want! Lisa

Nancy, Your insurance tells you you are almost out of appeals??  What are they going to do, arrest you or something if you exceed "their limit"?   LOL  I think they are just trying to resist paying. Just remember, the loudest squeak gets the most oil.  If you have documented what they require and you have the documentation to show that you meet that requirement, then you can appeal all you want.  Don't let them intimidate you. My point is is be assertive.  If you don't like what they customer service rep says, ask for a supervisor.  Start communicating by letter, instead of phone calls.  Solicit your surgeon's office for guidance, etc. If they are going to cover surgery and you meet their requirements, then don't let them get off easy on this.
