Uh OH ! There may be a problem

Ok, Feb 5 I had hernia repair and panni removal. With our ins hubby can go online and see what has been submitted, approved or denied or what ever. Before I had the surgery, I saw the ps and she submitted the info for the panni removal and about a week later I saw the surgeon about getting my hernia repaired. I got a call from the ps office and they said they needed a letter for more info from my pcp. I got the letter hand delivered it to them and a couple days later I got a call saying the surgery was approved...horray ! I asked " the panni removal ?" they said yes " both" !

So now the surgery was done and hubby was online checking out the ins info. Now where it has the ps bill it says " denied " all this time it was " paying - pending now DENIED has popped up.

Hubby had gotten a letter but it just says the hospital has been ok'd. So I am going to have to call the ps on Monday and see if they know anything ....And here I thought things were fine and dandy...I'm healing well , feeling good and now this ! Why does this sh-t have to happen on the weekends ? What else is going to happen ? Thanks for letting me rant. Sandy
