GRRRR.. tircare south again!

So they sent me a letter saying i could go see my surgeon.. it was an approval for 4 office visits. Now I called and they said that they changed the doctor i was approved for to another doctor which had been denied previously due to distance! ...  And the approval for surgery was denied .. then pending and now denied again! SO now they want me to go see the doctor that is far away!  And of course i didnt get any notice of these changes ...so now i will probobly get a bill for the surgeon they said i was approved for but then changed their minds about! ...this is really so not fair and frustrating! I know nothing i said probobly makes any sense but the bottom line is that i still am not approved for surgery and I have to switch doctors yet again!
