I am just begining the journey to surgery. I do not have alot of time as i plan on going to grad school and i will lose me insurance from my job. I do not have any co morbidities but my BMI is over 50. I am trying to tackle this before I do. CIGNA seems to be strict on the 6 month diet. My PCP doesn't seem to helpful. I really feel like im doing this myself...that being said can i have copies of your forms sent to me? [email protected] thanks :)
