Will this work

I have been busy getting my packet together for my insurance.  Even before my first consult. My question is...  Will canceled checks work as documentation of previous attempts to loose weight?    I thought it would be a good idea to take my documentation back as far as possable.  I have canceled checks from 1998 to 2000.  I got preg. in 2000.  Then again 5 months after that.  The only documentation that I have since then is one weight loss clinic and prescription diet pills for a couple of months.   I have spent out on diet clinics that cost so much and fail in the long haul.  I just want to have everything together up front to hopefully get myself in motion faster.

Can you get actual proof from each place?  I had to call Jenny Craig, YMCA, and a few doctors and they were all happy to provide me with documentation. The only one I had problems with is Weigh****chers and thats cause they dont keep records. My documentation went  back over 10 years. I think they wanted to see the actual records from each place documenting my progress and how long I attempted each program.  Kathy

I hope not.  Several of the places that I attended have went out of business.  Then a couple of the others sold and do not have records for the time frame.  My checks are about all I can get.
