uhc ????? ohio

My surgoen just submitted my info to my insurance company UHC i have the CHOICE PLUS plan... has anyone else had UHC? i wonder if they are pretty good with approvals... im so worried that i will get denied... i hope they are prompt and pretty easy to work with..  anyone have a bad experience with them ??
