Exercise Requirement

I'm stuck on the exercise requirement for my surgery. I have to do 3 months pre op exercise regimen supervised by exercise therapist or other qualified professional. I asked my Dr. office what this means and she said to get a trainer and have them document all i've done and such for 3 months. OR i could join a gym. But i'm not sure how joining a gym would show any proof? The trainers are expensive and i thought i'd try here and see if anyone had a similar requirement. I have aetna insurance. I need to get started on this right away as i've already started with the nutritionist and shrink.

Contact your health insurance and have them clarify what they mean or what they require for the exercise requirement. Also, if you join a gym, they (I am sure) can give you a print out of your attendance record, its all on their computer.  I was a member of Curves once and they did that for me. Good luck.
