Medical Card?

I've been searching around and I haven't found anything, so does anyone know of any doctors in Illinois (for gastric bypass) that accept a medical card? Or do you know where I can go to find a list? I've called nearly half of the doctors on the list and this is getting hectic. Please help, I do appreciate it.
