Medica Individual Ins

I was wondering if anyone has Medica HSA or Direct value. I am trying to get individual ins and was wondering if WLS was covered by these. Minnesota only has BCBS, Health Partners and Medica and I currently have BCBS and HATE them and HP does not cover the surger so Medica is my only hope. Thank you
