Clearance expirations
I just wanted to let everyone know to check the dates on your clearances. My surgery for tomorrow was almost cancelled due to a clearance being over a year old. During the appeals process it can take a long time. I never even thought the clearance would be no good. So if you in appeals--I was for over a year---talk to your doctor and see if re-testing is necessary or possibly just an updated.
Just wanted to share this information and hope it is helpful.
