NJ Plus BCBS and Skin Removal...
Not sure of your exact requirements but most insurance companies require a medical reason for skin removal...documented problems with continuous skin infections that are properly treated but still persist, etc. It would be unlikely to have it approved for any other reason unless it can be proved that it is causing some type of orthopedic (like back) problem as well. Check your policy as well..mine has a category for "Management for Excessive Skin and Subcutaneous Tissue..etc." which lists the situations in which they might pay for plastic surgery.
