Need new insurance

I currently have BCBS of Alabama. We only have 2 employees, so weight loss surgery was exclueded as of 01\01\06.  I need to find an insurance company  that allows weight loss surgery.  I'm in  Alabama.  I am currently fighting bcbs with gary.  I would appreciate any ideas.  My employer will  help me any way possible.  Thanks,  Paulette
