QUESTION ON APPROVAL LETTER

I got my approval letter from CIGNA today  -- YIPEE. I am reading the RE:  line and this is what it says, can anyone tell me what this means? Authorization Effective Dates(s):  1/22/07 to 1/24/07 Total Approved Days(s):  2 Bed Type:  Medical Surgical Next Review Date:  1/16/2007 Do I need to be concerned?  My surgery is scheduled for 1/19/2007

From what the nurse at my surgeons office said they give you a date for the approval and then the office can submit a change to the date without a problem. I hope that helps.
