Anyone have success getting insurance to pay for Abdominoplasty?

I am just a bit curious if anyone in these forums ever have definitive success getting their insurance to pay for Abdominoplasty after WLS and the skin issues. I've read Cignas rules, and it appears as if it is a long drawn out ordeal. Any success anyone?
