Does UHC cover DS surgery

I just got my employer to switch my insurance coverge to UHC Select EPO after they verified that WLS is covered when medically necessary. What I don't know yet is if they cover DS.  Does anyone have experience with UHC. Thanks, Tom

What State?   They should given medicares decision.   But to be safe you should read the plan itself and see exactly what it says before someone here gives you the wrong advice and you get either happy or upset for no reason.
