Anyone denied after 6 mo supervised diet?

I have been working on getting everything in order for this surgery since last March. I have been to see my surgeon, been to his consultation, seen a nutritionist, seen a psychologist, and done my 6 months supervised diet. Now my fear is I will be denied even though I have completed everything. I yo-yo'd through my 6 mo diet and didnt do that great. I guess I am scared that all of this will go down the drain for some strange reason. From my 1st denial letter, the only reason I was denied was due to not having the 6 mos diet. I have met all other criteria. Has anyone been denied after doing everything they were instructed to?
