Approved at NYS appeal

I have finally been approved, after being denied by insurance and 2 appeals-also denied, I appealed to NYS Dept of Insurance. I received my letter today stating the denial should be reversed. Needless to say I am happy.  Thank you to everyone who helped me with letters-what to include and moral support.
