MetLife Employee w/UHC Choice NY policy

I am a MetLife employee with UHC Choice coverage. I am wondering if anyone else with my plan has been able to get approved for the Lap Band. Thanks!

uhc choice for my company has approved many-- states it covered with my company's policy...im pending approal as we speak -wish me luck and good luck to you
