emergency

Just a thought is there any way for a doctor to classify wls as a medical emergency ? My bmi is 57 and I feel if I don't hurry and do something I could die. I have had one heart attack inoct. 2005. The co morbidities can kill you so why couldn't this be considered an emergency?                                                                                                              Thanks, Donnie
