insurance for complications

Does anyone know of an insurance company that offers coverage for post-op complications for self pay patients?

I don't know about the insurance company that pays, but I do know that at St. Vincent's in Cleveland the Bariatric Center will cover any complications for self pay patients. 

Do they add a surcharge for this?
