No weight loss on supervised diet

Has anyone been denied for not losing weight on a pre surgery supervised diet. I just completed a three month multidisciplinary pre surgery program for Aetna and I will see the surgeon in 2 weeks to submit everything to the insurance company. I am a little nervous about it.
