APPROVAL!!!!

Well I got it, my approval is official now!! Two days after submission to insurance comp. it came back approved!!! Date set for December 5th  gonna squeak this out this year I guess!!Congrats to everyone that has been approved and Good luck to those trying!!................Michelle

Sure Heather anything to help!  I have Badgercare group health of Eau Claire, I had to go through 6 months of appts. with nutritionist and have the MMPI and a consult with a Psych. and after that I had to have doc's office submit everything and 2 days after they submitted to insurance the doc's office called to tell me that I was approved and I got my date so all in all it has been since May with the appts.  It was recommended that I try to lose weight but I didn't.  I did have to have previous attempts to lose documented, other than that I was very happy at how fast it came back from insurance!!  I hope you get what you are looking for in this info if I can be of any more help just message me and I will help with what ever I can!!.............Good Luck................Michelle
