Choice between BCBS Empire PPO or UHC PPO in Virginia

Choice between BCBS Empire PPO or UHC PPO in Virginia We are electing our 2007 insurance option and this year we are being given an additional option of BCBS.  I would like pursue the DS as soon as possible in the coming year.  Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences recently with either of these insurances.  Does anyone know the prerequisites for WLS for either insurer?  I think BCBS requires more work but would like other's input.
