BCBS MN

Does anyone know how BCBS MN is to deal with? I have called them but get a pretty generic answer to my questions. Has anyone else had this insurance and had good luck with them? Thanks  Sandi

I have MN BCBS.  I didn't have any problems with them.  I was worried because my BMI is a little below 40, but with my comorbids I was approved anyway.  The only thing was I was impatient.  Once they received my paperwork, it took 12 days for approval and that felt like an eternity - like I said, I'm not the most patient girl.  I called every couple of days and finally got verbal approval on day 13.  I got my letter a week or so later.  I had completed all of the pre-steps before sending anything in... meetings with the dietician, psych eval, etc.  Good luck!!!
