A Consumers Guide to Handling Disputes

I found this link and thought it was interesting and packed with information about appealing to your insurance company. http://www.kff.org/consumerguide/7350.cfm I clicked on the link for more information for Michigan specifically.  I found some very interesting information there about filing a complaint against your insurance company through the Office of Financial and Insurance Services through my state government office.  I wonder if all states have such a commission to assist citizens with dealing with insurance company denials?  It's worth a check if you're up against your insurance company. Just thought I'd pass it along.. Pam
