I need some help..Please....

I got a letter of denial. It said that "General Exclusions and Limitations" and will not cover wls. Would it be a waste of time to appeal?

Does your policy specifically "Exclude" wls?  What did they tell you when you called them before you started the process?  Can you get a copy of the critera or section of your policy that describes the exlusions and limitations?   Don't give up until you are absolutely sure that the exclusion is specific for weight loss surgery (and not just "general").
