Appeal decision.....

DENIED...again.

Does not meet the medical criteria per the policy. I have to wait on the letter for the specific reason and next appeals step proccess. I asked the guy if there was someone I could speak to since my first denial was based on me losing and regaining and that was incorrect and I sent all documentation to show that....he said there was no one I could speak with right now....the letter would be more clear...would I like a copy of the policy...I said no thanks I have...I quoted the whole thing in my letter!!!!
