UHC is COVERING MY SURGERY!!!
Congrats!! My paperwork was submitted Monday 10-9 and then entered into the system 10-11. I have UHC POS and I am really hoping to hear something soon. I have called every day and found only one person who was rude when I asked the status. I know it is a covered service in our plan I'm just on pins and needles waiting to hear from them. I hope mine goes as smooth as yours!! Good luck!!
I know how it can drive you crazy just waiting and waiting...this last week seemed like a month!!!!!!
I called everyday, too. When I called yesterday, there was no news, then today....BINGO. Keep calling them, that's what they are there for. I hope everything goes QUICK and in your favor!!!!
