United Health Care

Has anyone had problems getting apporved w/ uhc to have VSG. My doctor will be sending the letter to them soon. I am nervous and i have more than just a high bmi. I also have asthma, high blood pressure, and pre diabetic, as well as migraines and a heart murmer. So I am wondering if anyone had problems w/ them?  Thanks NIcole
