My insurance co requires that you have actively participated in weight loss program but it wasn't specified that it had to be medically supervised.  I have gone to Weigh****chers time and time again and have my cards to show it.  Do you think they would accept this?? TIA!

Yes. That was one of the "proofs" which my company accepted.

I've been looking for my cards EVERYWHERE and now can't find them!!!!  I am wondering if during a fit of frustration one day maybe I threw them away!!!  Oh NO!!!  I don't know what to do.  I've never seen a dr regularly enough for them to have detailed records of my wl attempts.  The only thing the records would should would be the flucuations in my weight, anywhere from 180ish up to 240ish, where I am now. The records may also show I've had discussions with my dr about my weight but other then that....nothing

I found them!!!!  They were packed in a box, I am so relieved!!!  I called my Ins co and I asked again if I had to be a med. sup diet for any length of time and she said no, the drs office just needed to have documentation that I have tried in the past and she specifically said "It could even be if you tried Weigh****chers and they document that effort".   I am so excited!!!!  I am faxing my application the OSU tomorrow to try & get an appt with them!
