Lockheed Martin Exclusion

I found out that our Aetna (High PPO TEXHOMA) has a written exclusion and Aetna said that Lockheed Martin (LMCO) declined to participate in that portion of the coverage. I have tried to talk to my HR person with No avail.  I was told to save the money in an FSA account.

Is there any one else here from LMCO that has had this problem also? What Can one do?
