I AM DESPERADO!!!!!and DEPRESSED!!!!!!!!!

hello to anyone that wants to hear my struck of bad luck., i work for a doctor in which he pays for my insurance i have aetna hmo open access.,  this was just recently changed on September 1.  Noone at our office was notified or told of this., I found out when i went to my doctor and my copay had changed when i contacted aetna they stated the policy was changed and i questioned about the WLS., well now it is not covered...i have been following the multidisciplinary regiman 3 months per Aetna.., PCP , Nutrionist, Psych. my last visit with the Psych and PCP is in October and the Nutritionist i have been seeing her for the past 4 months.  Aetna has notes in the system which state they did cover the WLS with the old policy. I cannot afford an attorney. I am a single mother of 3 and i sure cannot to take a credit line. And i have confronted my bosses broker that wrote up the policy and he is so full of it all i get is lies..... he sez that Aetna is no longer covering the WLS and Aetna tells me  to confront my employer about purchasing a rider he will never go for it.
