Question about Blue Cross Blue Shield

We recieved word that our insurance co is changing from Great West to Blue Cross Blue Shield, something about a blue card and maybe the word Anthem in there. The change doesn't take place till next year. My question is, Great West will not cover Lasik's Eye Surgery at all.  A friend of mine is getting hers covered thru her insurance and I'm just curious to see if anyone with these people know if they cover any part of it? If not, I'm still getting it done next year. I've had about all the surgery I want in the past 2 weeks to last a while at least. Just wondering. Thanks and goodnight Ange
