BC/BS of Rochester/Excellus

if you have/had this isurance for WLS please talk to me!!! I need to know if Documentation of 6 mths diet/exercise HAS to be Dr supervised or not!!!!

I have them and I'm pretty sure it does need to be med. supervised. I have been for almost a year so that's not a problem. BE WARNED!!!!  write down who you talk to the # you called and the date and time and what they told you. I have been denied twice by them because "we do not have the letter stateing....."  How many langueses can you say BS in? 4 here.    I'm going to get approved if I have to spend my vacation on one of there desk! Just frustrated to tears right now!
