Insurances approving surgery?

I am looking for insurance policies to buy  that do approve gastric bypass surgery..if anyone can give me some ideas around the nebraska area, i would greatly appreciate it, my fight with UHC looks grim. And no one else I've talked to wants to cover me. sincerely...SE

Its been my past experience that if you are large enough to qualify for WLS, most independent insurances will not even write you a policy due to obesity and private policies rarely, if ever, pay for WLS.
