Kaiser

I would like to have the Duedenal Switch and need any advice on how to go about getting Kaiser to pay for it.  They will only offer me the RNY and this is what I was going to get but after reading about the DS I am pretty much sold on it but am told Kaiser will not cover it.  Any advice or help would be great :)
