Anyone have BCBS of Illinois.....

Through Charter Communications?  If so please share any info you have.  I am currently in my 9th month of a 12 month dr supervised diet and want to know just how hard it was to get them to approve WLS.  Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!!

Dear Michelle: I have BCBS of IL PPO, and am on my way to my 10th appointment. I do not have Charter Communications though...... I would be interested in anything you find out since this is my 2nd insurance company, and I have been trying for WLS since January of 2005. I am SO worried that after I bring them the broomstick, they will send me out after something else..... Good luck! Dawn
