Anyone here have VA Medicad?

I have an appt. with my surgeon coming up and was wondering if VA Medicad has any "special" requirements, if they are slow to respond, or just like to jerk you around. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks, Jackie

It seems more and more they are requiring the supervised diet, those are about the only thing that can be a pain.  Usually the surgeons office is really good about knowing what they are going to need to get your approval.  Who is your surgeon going to be?  Just curious as it's hard sometimes to find one that takes Medicaid.
