Aetna Signature administrators

Anyone have this insurance?????  My dh works for FYE and they have NOT been good about covering things in the past and I am wondering if its even worth my time trying to get approved.  I am unsure if its excluded or not.  Noone at beneifts can give me a straight answer. Thanks!!!!!

The easiest thing to do is have your doc submit for approval, then if it isn't covered, you'll get a denial in writing, and it will at least tell you why, and what steps you may have.   Listening to someone on the telephone just never works.  Always a different story each time.
