July 2006 Bluegrass family health sends denial letter, say nope won't pay for the surgery. Just got home yesterday from the hospital with a spasm in my heart (7-29-06). I see the doctor next week, going to talk to him about sending an appeal letter. Just don't understand thses inusrance companies
