EMPIRE BC/BS

Has anyone had Empire BC/Bs ? I just wondered what other people have had to deal with with them. Thought I had everything ready to go into them, and they wanted me to have blood work done to rule out my thyroid as my weight problem, which I have had done plenty of times in the past. How easy or how picky are they about approval. Thanks Deb
