Will this cover lapband or fills?

I already had the lapband procedure and paid out of pocket. I just recently started a new job and I am wondering if my insurance has the following information under services not covered, what do you think my chances are on having fills paid for: Obesity Services and supplies for the surgical, nonsurgical and drug therapy treatment of obesity and morbid obesity. What I am thinking is that it doesn't say anything about medical necessity and any contractual exclusions. If there is a medical necessity, then I should be ok, unless it is considered a preexisting condition...right? I know some of you insurance pros may have some advice.

My two cents is that fills would not be covered but I also know it is only the price of a stamp to find out for sure. All they can tell you is no so you really have nothing to loose. I do not know how expense the fills are but the Obsesity Law Center that is talked about a lot here will review wording like this for what I believe is a reasonable fee if you want a legal opion.
