Appeal Letters for Plastic Surgery

Does anyone have examples for appeals to get plastic surgery approved?? My insurance is denying me. HELP!!

The best way is to look at your policy and see what they consider reconstructive plastic surgery and argue that point. Show your complaints fit into the reconstructive catagory and not "cosmetic."

What have you done so far? Do you have pictures of rashes or sores? Does your family doctor have records of you coming in with back problems or documenting the sores? Jim Randall
